Ensuring Your Logo Prints Perfectly Every Time

1. Print-Ready Requirements
📐 VECTOR (Preferred)
Built from mathematical formulas, vector art can scale to any size—from a pen to a billboard—without losing quality.
- Formats: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG
- Requirement: All fonts must be converted to outlines.
🖼️ RASTER (Photographic) ( NOT PREFERRED) Subject to artwork charge $45.00 per hours 2 hour min.
Made of pixels. These will blur if enlarged. Primarily used for simulated process or DTF printing.
- Formats: PNG, JPG, PSD
- Requirement: Min. 300 DPI at final print size.
Outline Fonts
In Illustrator, right-click text and select "Create Outlines." This ensures your font choice is preserved exactly as intended.
Minimum Line Size
To ensure legibility, keep fonts no smaller than 8pt and lines no thinner than 1pt (0.5pt for engraving).
Color Separations
Photographic images require simulated color separations, which may incur additional setup costs per color.
2. How to Send Your Artwork
Direct Email
Files under 15MB can be sent directly to your sales representative.
Large File Transfer
For files over 15MB, please provide a Dropbox or WeTransfer link.
Direct Upload
Attach artwork files directly while placing your order on logogearstore.com.
3. Human-Led Art Review
1. Review: Our team checks your files for print-readiness and color compliance.
2. Creative Services: If art isn't ready, our design team can recreate it at our standard art rate.
3. Digital Proof: You will receive a proof showing exactly how your design will look on the product.
4. Approval: No order goes to print until you give your final, explicit consent.
